Our unique education program includes classical Pilates movement with our signature athletic flair that sets us apart. Continuing to strengthen and evolve to meet the needs of todays clientele, the instructor training focuses on teaching others how to safely - physically and mentally, design classes that are science-based with a strong focus on form. Continued education and workshops are also provided to support staff development and creativity - virtually and with options for in studio.
